Information we collect
When you request the Calm Parent Starter Kit or subscribe to emails, we may collect your email address, optional first name, optional child age range, signup source, consent text and version, timestamp, browser user agent, UTM parameters, referring page, landing path, and a hashed version of your IP address for anti-spam and security purposes.
How we use it
We use this information to send the free guide, the 5-day calm parenting starter series, occasional newsletter emails, and relevant parenting resources. We also use aggregated signup data to understand which resources are useful to readers.
Email delivery
We use our domain mailbox/SMTP and an internal email queue to send messages from our domain email address. Each email includes preference and unsubscribe links. You can pause, change preferences, or unsubscribe at any time.
Children’s data
This website is intended for parents and caregivers, not children. Do not submit a child’s name, birthdate, school, address, photo, medical details, diagnosis, or private crisis information. The optional age range field is only used to make parent education more relevant.
Cookies and analytics
We may use privacy-conscious analytics and advertising pixels in the future. If tracking cookies are added, this policy and the cookie notice should be updated before launch.
Your choices
